Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor Intern who is eager to learn and build a career in video editing and content creation. This internship is ideal for freshers or students who have a basic understanding of video editing and want hands-on experience working on real projects.
As a Video Editor Intern, you will assist in editing videos for
social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with senior editors, marketing teams, and designers to understand how professional video content is created and optimized for different platforms.
This is a learning-focused role where you will gain exposure to tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, while developing your storytelling and editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing Support
- Assist in editing raw footage into short and engaging video content.
- Work on basic edits such as trimming, cutting, and arranging clips.
- Support the team in creating reels, shorts, and promotional videos.
Social Media Video Creation
- Help create videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Adapt videos based on platform requirements (size, format, duration).
- Work on short-form content like reels and stories.
Basic Motion Graphics
- Assist in adding simple transitions, text animations, and effects.
- Learn and apply basic motion graphics using After Effects.
Software Learning & Usage
- Work with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Learn editing techniques and improve technical skills.
- Stay updated with new editing trends and tools.
Audio & Visual Enhancement
- Assist in adding background music and sound effects.
- Ensure basic audio clarity and synchronization.
Collaboration with Team
- Work with designers and marketing teams to understand requirements.
- Take feedback from senior editors and improve edits.
- Participate in creative discussions.
File Management
- Organize video files and assets properly.
- Maintain project files as per team guidelines.
