Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 2+ years of experience who can produce engaging and high-quality video content for digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in video editing, understands storytelling, and can create content that captures audience attention.
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for
social media, advertisements,
branding campaigns, and promotional content. You will work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and designers to ensure videos align with campaign goals and brand identity.
This is a mid-level role where you are expected to handle editing tasks independently while continuously improving your creative and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Production
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for digital platforms.
- Create videos for social media, ads, reels, YouTube, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and engaging storytelling.
Platform-Based Content Creation
- Adapt videos for different platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create short-form content such as reels and shorts.
- Ensure videos meet platform-specific requirements (format, size, duration).
Basic Motion Graphics
- Add basic animations, transitions, and effects to enhance videos.
- Use tools like After Effects for simple motion graphics.
- Incorporate text animations and visual elements.
Software Utilization
- Work with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Use editing tools efficiently to deliver high-quality output.
- Stay updated with new features and editing techniques.
Audio Editing
- Sync audio with video and ensure clarity.
- Add background music and sound effects.
- Balance audio levels for a professional output.
Collaboration with Teams
- Work with marketing and content teams to understand requirements.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for visual elements.
- Take feedback from senior editors and improve edits.
Quality Control
- Ensure videos meet quality standards before final delivery.
- Review and refine edits based on feedback.
