Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive who can actively drive business growth by reaching out to potential clients, explaining company
products and services, and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, hands-on experience in telecalling, and the confidence to handle both remote and in-person client interactions.
As a Senior Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into clients through effective communication and strategic marketing efforts. You will act as a key bridge between the company and its customers by clearly explaining service offerings, understanding client requirements, and providing suitable solutions.
This role also involves participating in client meetings, both virtual and onsite, and representing the
company professionally. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both marketing and sales processes, along with the ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Lead Generation
- Reach out to potential clients through telecalling, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate new leads by identifying business opportunities and target audiences.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Telecalling & Initial Engagement
- Make outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
- Explain offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients.
- Handle client queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively.
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads.
Product & Service Explanation
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all company products and services.
- Clearly communicate the value, benefits, and unique selling points to clients.
- Customize pitches based on client requirements and industry.
Client Meetings (Online & Onsite)
- Participate in client meetings, both virtual and face-to-face.
- Visit client locations when required to present services.
- Deliver professional presentations and proposals.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth
- Work towards achieving sales targets and business goals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with digital marketing and content teams.
- Share client feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Support campaigns by providing ground-level insights.
Market Research & Insights
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide insights to improve product positioning.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of leads, calls, and client interactions.
- Track conversion rates and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and updates for management.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Guide junior marketing executives and telecallers.
- Share best practices and successful strategies.
- Support team members in achieving targets.

- Willingness to attend onsite client meetings when required.
- Must own a personal laptop for work and reporting.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
