Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience who can produce visually appealing designs that align with
brand identity and marketing goals. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in design principles and is capable of executing creative ideas across digital and print platforms.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals for
social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and branding materials. You will work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and senior designers to deliver high-quality design outputs.
This is a mid-level role where you are expected to independently handle assigned design tasks while continuously improving your creative and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design Creation
- Create high-quality graphics for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Design marketing materials including banners, posters, brochures, and flyers.
- Ensure designs are visually engaging and aligned with campaign objectives.
Social Media Creatives
- Design eye-catching creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Adapt designs based on platform requirements and audience preferences.
- Work with marketing teams to support campaign visuals.
Branding Consistency
- Follow brand guidelines for all design outputs.
- Maintain consistency in color schemes, typography, and style.
- Ensure brand identity is reflected across all designs.
Collaboration with Teams
- Work closely with content writers to visualize ideas.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign requirements.
- Take feedback from senior designers and improve outputs.
Creative Thinking
