Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic
App Developer Intern who is eager to
build a career in mobile application development. This internship is ideal for freshers or students who have a basic understanding of mobile app development and want to gain hands-on experience in building real-world applications.
As an App Developer Intern, you will assist in developing mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms, primarily using Flutter. You will work closely with senior developers to understand how mobile apps are designed, developed, tested, and deployed.
This is a learning-focused role where you will gain exposure to mobile development tools, frameworks, and best practices while improving your coding and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile App Development Support
- Assist in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
- Work on basic app features and UI components.
- Support in building responsive and user-friendly app interfaces.
UI/UX Implementation
- Help convert UI/UX designs into functional mobile screens.
- Ensure consistency in design across different devices.
- Learn best practices for mobile UI/UX.
API Integration Support
- Assist in integrating REST APIs into mobile applications.
- Handle basic data fetching and display.
- Learn how apps communicate with backend systems.
Bug Fixing & Testing
- Identify and fix basic bugs under guidance.
- Perform testing to ensure app functionality.
- Assist in improving app performance.
Learning & Skill Development
- Learn Flutter and Dart programming.
- Understand app architecture and development workflows.
- Stay updated with mobile development trends.
Deployment Support
- Assist in preparing apps for deployment on Play Store and App Store.
- Learn app submission and update processes.
Team Collaboration
- Work with backend developers, designers, and project teams.
- Participate in discussions and learning sessions.
- Follow guidance from senior developers.
Required Skills
Basic Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile app development concepts.
- Familiarity with Flutter or any mobile development framework is a plus.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals.
Development Skills
- Basic knowledge of Dart or any programming language.
- Understanding of APIs and JSON (basic level).
Tools Knowledge
- Familiarity with development tools and IDEs (VS Code, Android Studio).
- Basic knowledge of Git is an advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fresher or currently pursuing/completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Must own a personal laptop for development practice.
- Strong interest in mobile app development.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic mobile app projects or portfolio (college/personal).
- Familiarity with Flutter or Android development is a plus.
