Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience who can contribute to both frontend and backend development. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in web development and is eager to build scalable, high-performance applications while working as part of a collaborative team.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver functional and user-friendly solutions. While this is not a leadership role, you are expected to take ownership of your assigned tasks and contribute effectively to
project success.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with modern frameworks, APIs, and databases, and should have a strong willingness to
learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Web Application Development
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications
- Work on both frontend and backend components of projects.
- Ensure smooth integration between user interface and server-side logic.
Frontend Development
- Build user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Backend Development
- Assist in developing backend logic using technologies like Node.js or PHP (Laravel).
- Work with APIs and handle data processing.
- Support database integration and server-side functionality.
Database Handling
- Work with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Perform basic database operations and query optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Bug Fixing & Maintenance
- Identify and fix bugs in existing applications.
- Perform updates and improvements to enhance performance.
- Support ongoing maintenance of projects.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers and other developers.
- Participate in team discussions and project planning.
- Follow guidance from senior developers.
Performance Optimization
- Optimize applications for speed and efficiency.
- Ensure basic security practices are followed.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Basic backend development experience (Node.js or PHP Laravel).
- Familiarity with REST APIs.
- Experience with databases like MySQL.
Development Tools
