Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Executive who can drive business growth through active client engagement, field sales activities, and project-based selling. This role is primarily an outdoor position that involves frequent travel, client meetings, and on-site coordination.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting them in person, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable solutions. You will play a key role in converting prospects into long-term clients by building strong relationships and delivering value-driven proposals.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling face-to-face meetings, and a deep understanding of sales strategies. You should be comfortable traveling, meeting clients regularly, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Field Sales

  • Identify and approach potential clients through field visits and networking.
  • Conduct regular outdoor meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects through direct interaction.

Client Meetings & Relationship Management

  • Meet clients at their offices or project locations to understand requirements.
  • Present company services and solutions in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Project Selling & Consultation

  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Explain project scope, timelines, and deliverables clearly.
  • Provide consultation to clients to help them choose the right services.

Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

  • Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and development teams.
  • Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams.
