Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Executive who can drive
business growth through active client engagement, field sales activities, and project-based selling. This role is primarily an outdoor position that involves frequent travel, client meetings, and on-site coordination.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting them in person, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable solutions. You will play a key role in converting prospects into long-term clients by building strong relationships and delivering value-driven
proposals.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling face-to-face meetings, and a deep understanding of sales strategies. You should be comfortable traveling, meeting clients regularly, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Field Sales
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits and networking.
- Conduct regular outdoor meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects through direct interaction.
Client Meetings & Relationship Management
- Meet clients at their offices or project locations to understand requirements.
- Present company services and solutions in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Project Selling & Consultation
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Explain project scope, timelines, and deliverables clearly.
- Provide consultation to clients to help them choose the right services.
Sales Conversion & Target Achievement
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and development teams.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and keep clients updated.
Client Coordination & Follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Build trust to generate repeat business and referrals.
Travel & Field Work
- Travel frequently to meet clients and attend meetings
- Visit different locations for business development activities.
- Represent the company in a professional and confident manner.
Market Research & Business Development
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Understand competitor offerings and positioning.
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Update CRM systems with accurate data.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates.

- Two-wheeler or own vehicle is preferred for travel convenience.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Additional certifications in sales or business development are an advantage.
