Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience who can actively engage with clients, generate business opportunities, and support project-based sales. This role is primarily field-oriented, involving client meetings, coordination, and regular travel.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting them in person, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable services. You will play a key role in converting leads into customers by building strong relationships and maintaining consistent follow-ups.
This is a mid-level role where you will handle day-to-day sales activities and client coordination while working under the guidance of senior team members. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outdoor work, have strong communication skills, and possess a basic understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Visits & Field Sales

  • Visit potential clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Conduct regular outdoor meetings to generate new leads.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential clients through field visits and references.
  • Build a pipeline of leads through networking and outreach.
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement.

Client Requirement Understanding

  • Understand client needs through direct interaction.
  • Gather project requirements and share with internal teams.
  • Suggest suitable solutions based on client expectations.

Sales Support & Conversion

  • Support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
