Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience who can actively engage with clients, generate business opportunities, and support project-based sales. This role is primarily field-oriented, involving client meetings, coordination, and regular travel.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting them in person, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable
services. You will play a key role in converting leads into customers by building strong relationships and maintaining consistent follow-ups.
This is a mid-level role where you will handle day-to-day sales activities and client coordination while working under the guidance of senior team members. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outdoor work, have strong communication skills, and possess a basic understanding of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Visits & Field Sales
- Visit potential clients to introduce company products and services.
- Conduct regular outdoor meetings to generate new leads.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits and references.
- Build a pipeline of leads through networking and outreach.
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement.
Client Requirement Understanding
- Understand client needs through direct interaction.
- Gather project requirements and share with internal teams.
- Suggest suitable solutions based on client expectations.
Sales Support & Conversion
- Support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into projects.
Client Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Travel & Outdoor Activities
- Travel to client locations for meetings and follow-ups.

- Manage time effectively between multiple client visits.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, and follow-ups.
- Update CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Provide regular updates to senior team members.
Market Awareness
- Understand basic market trends and competitor offerings.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth.

Educational Qualification
