Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience who can actively engage with potential clients, explain company
products and services, and support business growth through effective outreach and coordination. This role is ideal for someone with strong telecalling experience and a good understanding of marketing and basic sales processes.
As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and build initial relationships through calls and follow-ups. You will act as the first point of contact for many clients, making it essential to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently.
You will also support client meetings, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth communication between prospects and the
company. This role is more execution-focused compared to senior roles but still requires ownership of daily activities and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Telecalling
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and respond promptly to client queries.
- Generate leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach in all interactions.
Product & Service Explanation
- Clearly explain company services and offerings to potential clients.
- Understand basic client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to create interest.
Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Maintain a structured list of leads and follow up regularly.
- Convert initial inquiries into qualified leads.
- Track conversations and update lead status.
Support Client Meetings
- Assist in scheduling client meetings (online or onsite).
- Support senior team members during client presentations.
- Share required information and documents with clients.
Coordination with Teams
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams.
- Share client feedback to improve services and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling.
Market Awareness
- Understand basic market trends and customer expectations.
- Stay updated with company services and industry developments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Update CRM or internal tracking systems.
